This month we started a new block of service for clients receiving one-on-one sessions and groups have gotten off to a great start! We once again added another Parent Management Training group to this block due to demand and it’s been great to have parents and caregivers be so involved in the group by offering suggestions to each other. We are planning for the return of some in-person group programming over summer and are very excited to have groups of clients back in the building soon!

This month we took some time at a team meeting to watch a presentation on using the ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) approach, which is based in positive psychology, as part of our own self-care as service providers. The team had some really positive feedback, and we all came away with some strategies to use in our daily routines.
