Approximately 50% of all savants have autism, while only about five to ten percent of individuals with autism possess extraordinary savant skills.
ABA Little Tots Program
The ABA Little Tots have been very busy having fun and learning new things through each of his/her individualized programs. The ABA Little Tots therapists have recently engaged in some team building activities at our last PD day. The goal of the activity was to explain to your teammate what to draw without being able to label what the actual object was. This activity included both receptive and expressive language skills. Communication is very important in our team environment and this was a fun way to work on freshening up some of our skills.
