    • This document will outline all of the important information you need to know before we launch our program registration.  Please read through it carefully.
  • Winter 2022 – Financial Assistance Information Details
    • This document tells you all about our financial assistance program including who is eligible and how to apply.
  • NEW PROGRAM INFO – Please read carefully
    • As many of you are already aware, we had to implement some important COVID-19 changes to some of our programs as soon as our Fall session kicked off.  Many of our program venues implemented a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for any individual 12 years and older in order to gain access to their facilities.  So we ask that you please keep this in mind when choosing to register for a Winter 2022 program with us.
      • Our programs impacted by this:
        • Family Music Therapy
        • Music Therapy (classes held at Autism Services)
        • Strength Training
        • Adult Club
        • Youth Club
        • Structured Swim Lessons
          Family Swim
        • Olympic Weightlifting
    • At this time, we must wait for any new changes that may affect attendance for our Winter 2022 programs.  We anticipate new regulations coming into effect now that Health Canada has approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 – 11 years old.
    • We have altered our Fun in the Gym / Exploring Gymnastics program.  We have doubled the total number of participant spots for the program by implementing a new structure to the program.  We will now be offering you the option to choose “Parented” class where you will be out on the gymnastics floor supporting your child or “Staffed” class where we will continue to provide a program worker to support your child during the class.  Limited spots for both options.
    • We have also altered our Structured Swim Lessons.  Saturday morning swim lessons will remain the same and continue to be fully “Staffed” where each participant will be paired with a program worker in water.  Our Sunday afternoon swim lessons are changing to fully “Parented” swim lessons where you will be responsible to ensure a parent/guardian goes into the water each week to support your child.  Limited spots for both days.

Thank you for taking the time to read through all of this important information.  We look forward to our Winter 2022 launch!
